Before Your Package Ships

The usual order handling period is 1–3 business days, with weekends and holidays excluded.

After your order has been shipped, we will send a dispatch email to your registered email address. Where tracking is available, the message will contain the corresponding tracking details.

Because available logistics services vary by destination, the checkout system will determine which shipping option is available after you enter your delivery address.

We currently provide the following flat-rate shipping services:

Estimated delivery: 15–20 days

Standard orders are transported using our regular logistics partners.

Express Shipping

$15.99

This option is designed for customers who prefer priority handling and faster transportation.

Orders selecting Express Shipping receive expedited logistics processing.

Free Standard Delivery

Orders with a merchandise total of $40 or more before tax automatically qualify for free Standard Shipping.

The promotion applies to Standard Shipping only. If you choose Express Shipping, the applicable $15.99 fee will still be charged.

Delivery Estimates

The delivery period is an estimate and may vary depending on circumstances affecting the shipment.

Factors that can influence the actual arrival time include:

• Shipping distance and destination

• Customs processing for international orders

As these factors may be outside our control, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

International Shipping Information

Address-Related Reshipment
